Returns & Exchanges Policy

At BABAR MODE LTD, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy to ensure you have a smooth shopping experience.

1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

• Time Frame: Returns and exchanges must be requested within 30 days from the date of delivery.

• Condition: The item must be in new, unused condition with all original tags, packaging, and accessories intact. Items that are used, damaged, or altered in any way will not be accepted for return or exchange.

• Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation, receipt, etc.) is required to initiate a return or exchange.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Personalized or customized products.

• Gift cards.

• Sale or clearance items (unless they are faulty).

3. How to Return an Item

If you would like to return an item, please follow these steps:

1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at payment@babarmode.com or call us at +44 7445818396 to request a return authorization. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return.

2. Return Authorization: Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return instructions.

3. Package the Item: Carefully pack the item in its original packaging (if available), along with the return form and any accessories or tags.

4. Return Shipping: Ship the item back to the provided return address. You will be responsible for the return shipping cost, unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part (e.g., wrong or damaged item).

   • For international returns, please ensure that you mark the package as a “return” to avoid any customs fees or import duties.

5. Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process the refund. This may take up to 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

4. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please follow the same return procedure outlined above and indicate the new item you wish to receive. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the original item, and we will cover the shipping costs for sending out the replacement item.

5. Defective or Damaged Items

We will provide you with a prepaid return label, and you will not be responsible for the return shipping cost. We will also offer a replacement or a full refund for defective or damaged items.

6. Refunds

• Processing Time: Once your return is approved and your item is received, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.

• Original Payment Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

• Shipping Fees: Please note that the original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault or error on our part (e.g., incorrect or damaged items).

7. Exchanges for Sale or Clearance Items

• Exchanges: We can only offer exchanges for sale or clearance items if the item is defective or damaged. If you want to exchange a sale item for a different product, we recommend returning the item for a refund and placing a new order for the product you want.

8. International Returns

For international orders, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please ensure the return package is properly labeled as a “return” to avoid any customs charges or import duties. Refunds for international returns will be processed in the same way as domestic returns, but please be aware that international shipping may take longer.
